Occupational Whore

Sean Aiken, experienced occupational whore and author, and by that I'm referring to his One-Week Job Project.  After graduating from college, this British Columbia native decided to start the One Week Job project.  Just like everyone else, preparing to start a career and choosing a job that you're going to invest most of your time in is terrifying.  And that's why he decided to go on a journey to see what he was passionate about, he decided he would try out a job for one week, and that he did.  Traveling all over North America Sean Aiken learned about life, love, and himself while doing the, "1 man, 52 jobs in 52 weeks project".

From Firefighter to Preschool Teacher to Martial Arts instructor to Hollywood producer and even as a Snowshoe Guide, he did it all.

So Gaudi

Casa Batllo

Sagrada Familia

Antoni Gaudi, is the man behind the innovative and modern art, in the architecture of his buildings in the 1800s.  Worked during the Modernisme period throughout Barcelona, Leon, Comillas and reaching through to France.  He has some really amazing designs that people today haven't been able to recreate.

When eating is the hard part...

Moxie's White Chocolate Brownie.  This is actually the most delicious desert ever. Sooooo good.  White Chocolate Brownie hot from the oven + vanilla ice cream with drizzles of chocolate.

Here's the closest recipe that I could find:

White Chocolate Brownie
Moxie's Restaurant Copycat | Makes 1 - 9x9" pan
8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9" pan. Melt white chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler, over barely simmering water until smooth, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing constantly. Drizzle in the melted white chocolate mixture. Combine the flour and salt; fold into the white chocolate mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool then cut into bars.
4. Serve heated (I microwave mine so it's really hot - hot enough to melt the ice cream). Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream and a generous drizzle of hot fudge or caramel sauce.

Taken from Buttercream Barbie, Enjoy!

Chocolate Chili Chai

I'm obsessed with David's Tea! This place has an endless selection of teas.  After trying the Chocolate Chili Chair flavor from their Holiday collection, I had to buy it and decided to try out a black tea with a mix of jasmine and other leaves called Three Wishes.  I love this place, it's reunited my love with tea and slowly ending my coffee addiction + tea is much healthier.
